Hide Inventory Price and Cost

Hiding inventory price and cost from Delivery Note involves concealing the monetary values associated with the items being shipped or delivered. The purpose is to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive pricing information from unauthorized person.

1. On the left menu, choose Setting > System Setting. On the System Setting page, expand General Setting tab, choose Document Item.

2. There are 9 document item setting. Unselect the 9th option: Show inventory price and cost in 'Inventory Search' screen for Delivery Note

3. Choose Save & Stay from the bottom right floating button.

4. Next, open Delivery Note form, click on the Inventory Search button beside Code on items level.

5. Inventory's price and cost information is not showing in the Inventory Search form.

6. Select an inventory item to populate the inventory information into Delivery Note form. Then click on the Eye button beside the Inventory Code. The popup screen shows the detail information about the selected inventory except the Price and Cost information.
