The position of a digit to the right of a decimal point; a specific number of digits to the right of the decimal point in a line of numbers. In Xin 365, you can define the number value up to 4 decimal place.

How to set the Decimal Place
1. On the left menu, choose Setting > System Setting. Expand the tab General Setting, then choose Decimal Place.
2. Select the decimal place value for different type of numeric value.
Numeric Value
Column | Description |
---|---|
Currency | All number involving currency value such as Unit Price, Discount Amount, Tax Amount, Shipping Amount, Inventory Cost etc. |
Quantity | The number of items such as quantity of item sold and quantity of item purchased. |
Percentage | The rate of each hundred. Example, the Markup Cost Percentage, Discount Percentage, Tax Percentage etc. |
Weight | The inventory weight value such as Gross Weight and Net Weight mainly used in Delivery Note. |
