Save Changes

Remember to save the changes each time after making changes to the template.

The Save button is on the top right of the Ribbon of the template designer.

Clear the browser's cache

To make sure the changes is taking effect, you must clear your internet browser's cache. This is because the previous loaded report will be cached by the internet browser, thus you might not be able to see the newly changes as it will load the previous report.
