When an employee login to Xin 365, he will be able to see his complete employee profile on the dashboard. On the left menu, he can access to his Expenses Claim, Leave & Time-off and Payslip.
My Leave Application Listing
1. Login as employee, on the left menu, choose Leave & Time-Off.
2. For Leave Application with different status:
Unsubmitted - new leave application that has not been submitted. Employee is allowed to edit or delete the leave application form.
Pending approval - leave application that has been submitted for approval if the approval process is enabled. Edit is not allowed
Submitted - leave application that has been submitted if the approval process is disabled.
Approved - leave application that has been approved by Approver. It can be downloaded by the employee.
Rejected - leave application that has been rejected by approver.
