A Leave & Time-Off application form is a document used by employees to formally request time off from work. It outlines your employee's request for leave, including the type of leave, the dates, and the reason for absence. This form helps the company to manage leave requests efficiently.
Employee need to provide detail information about each expense, and submit the claim for approval. If approval process is not needed, it can be turned off in Setting.
Create a Leave & Time-Off
1. If you are an ordinary employee, on the left menu, choose Leave. If you are a Xin 365 system user, on the left menu, choose HR > Leave & Time-Off > My Leave Application. In My Leave Application page, choose Apply Leave button on the top right.
2. Enter all necessary information and choose Save & Stay floating button.

Unsubmitted - new leave application that has not been submitted (for approval). Pending approval - leave application that has been submitted for approval if the approval process is enabled. Submitted - leave application that has been submitted if the approval process is disabled. Approved - leave application that has been approved by Approver. Rejected - leave application that has been rejected by approver. |
Leave Reason | Reason or type of leave applied. |
Date From | The start date of the leave application. |
Date To | The end date of the leave application. |
Remarks | Some internal remarks regarding to this Leave Application. |
Attachment | Any document attachment related to this Leave Application, such as medical certificate, proof of event etc. |
